Nongovernmental Organizations, NGOs,  that can function outside direct control and supervision of the government is a potential asset to a democracy movement.
Nongovernmental Organizations, NGOs,  include professional organizations, political parties, foreign businesses, and foreign governments.
Not to be overlooked are small groups within a community, established for specific interests such as sewing circles, hunting and fishing clubs, book clubs, language study groups, motorcycle clubs, hiking and walking clubs, bird watching clubs, coin collecting clubs, garden clubs, sports clubs and etc…
